Unit Safety

  • Security Measures on Site

    Ring Video cameras will be installed at each entrance of the unit monitoring 24/7.

    Noise Detector devices will be installed inside each unit which sends an alert to our device if the noise exceeds a certain dB level.

    Smart Locks will be installed on each door, a new code is generated for each traveller and codes are deleted upon checkout.

  • Weekly Cleanings

    Our dedicated 5-star cleaning team ensures your property remains immaculate with weekly clean-ups and damage control maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

    QuickStay’s team will also check on the unit twice a month to ensure everything is properly cleaned and kept up at all times.

  • Screen Process

    Most of our clients are direct and have already been properly vetted and background checked. When we have new clients, we will have a thorough screening process through background check and require a valid form of ID.

    We will require travelers to provide their reason for booking and make a decision based on their response.

    We will only have manual bookings to ensure proper screening.

Along with our direct clients, we also work with rental platforms to house clients. Each of these clients are properly vetted and screened before they are allowed to use the platform. These clients will also have reviews/ratings, helping us determine if they can be housed at your property.
