Our clients include travel nurses, corporate employees, consultants, families, and other clients who need a clean, reliable, and comfortable home during their stay.
We partner with landlords and property managers who have vacant rentals, offering an innovative solution to the hassles of long-term tenancy. Instead of dealing with the uncertainties and complexities of traditional leases, QuickStay takes over the property as the long-term tenant. We then transform these properties into premium housing options, catering to professionals clients in need of mid to short-term accommodations in the Texas area.
Our seamless process ensures that landlords enjoy guaranteed rental income every month on time. We are also prepared to be a long-term tenant, with the intent to renew for as long as you’ll have us. You will never have to worry about tenant turn over, missed payments, or property neglect.

Areas of Operation
We currently manage 2 rental properties in Fort Worth under the same business model and have been operating since June 2024. Attached are a few photos of the properties.
We’ve built strong, seamless partnerships with the landlords of these homes by providing consistent rent payments, maintaning the properties to a high standard, and keeping communication open and transparent. We are happy to provide landlord references if necessary!
We are looking to expand in the Fort Worth area as most of our clients do come from this area the most!
